CEL code

After installing Invidia hfc my cel came on. In the process of testing the ecu, the "Service Engine Soon" light flashed 10x. Does any one know what that code is or where I can find out? Thanks

Same thing happened to me with my Stillen HFC'S... I told them and they sent me spacers to screw into my o2 sensors. No more light and it's been 7 months now.. You probably need the same thing. I would imagine that Invidia uses the same o2 bungs since all the G37S use the same o2 sensors I believe.. So if Invidia doesn't do anything about it, you can call Stillen and talk to Shawn or Josh. They will take care of you. Hope this helps you man

a defouler is nothing more than an extension for the sensor, and takes it away from the direct flow. A very effective tool for avoiding Check Engine Lights. Pulls the Oxygen Sensor further away from the exhaust gas stream.
(see the shiny silver thing between the sensor and exhaust pipe?)

Stillen says they can't help, cuz I don't have a Stillen part. Nappa and autozone doesn't carry them. So where else can I go?

Went to a local muffler shop and was told that it's just a regular 18mm spark plug defouler. Will find out if it will work tomorrow when the part comes in.

I have the same problem, I found them at Autozone, did'nt have a chance to install them yet, Look for - 18mm Spark Plug non-foulers, I got two for each side.
