Bought Tanabes used for my Coupe, need gaskets

Sup guys,

Recently bought some used Tanabes that are almost like new, but I need new gaskets before installing them. What size gasket do I need for my Coupe Tanabe Medallions, and where can I find them locally?

Thanks,
M

Mine was pre-owned as well. The installer was able to use the gaskets from the stock exhaust. You might want to go that route.

I'm sure you can just use the oe gaskets.
I was initially thinking 2.5 inch gaskets, but the tanabes are axel backs.
I say...use the oe gaskets from your oem exhaust + silicon gasket maker (the orange stuff).

You should be able to buy the gaskets at most auto parts stores or muffler shops. But yeah, the OEM ones might still be good.

any chance to get a sound clip before and after from the same recording unit and location i.e. in a garage, on the street etc. I really want to do this but i fear they will be too loud and inside the car drone and kill the posh if an infiniti. Stock amped 1-2 db would be cool. I am leased so i have limited legal and ethical routes to get that killer sound from thr vq. thanks!

Tanabe will not be loud. Droning should be minimal if any at all.

Sound Clip from their website

Sorry man, didn't have a chance to take vids. But the Tanabes are definitely streetable. Definitely more bass-y and a little louder, but will stay mild under normal driving. Pretty intense sound, nonetheless. I wonder what a Mid-pipe and y-pipe would do to the sound...

There was a guy that had a full tanabe exhaust that had a review and vids of everything. A quick search and you should be able to find it easily.
