I get a slight vibration, but only while in reverse, need to put more rubber around the cutout area.

I also hear what you're talking about (slight whistle-like sound, though not really a whistle per-se), I honestly think it's just the sound of the air entering the filters at low rpm. I've checked all fittings and they are all plenty snug, I don't notice any lag or anything either. I don't think it's a big deal at all. I actually like the sound.

yeah I agree doesnt sound bad- it is definitely noticeable in a parking garage too but no lag at all and sweet sounds at WOT
