Has anyone installed this catback yet? Quality and welds look good from the eBay pics but price sounds too good to be true. No sound clips found anywhere. Design appears to be similar to a hks or Ark grip.

I bought my car used, and it had a no name cat back polished stainless exhaust on it already. It sounded good, but was just a little louder than stock, and didn't seem to add power from stock, as i have driven other g37's with stock exhaust. I then got in a wreck, when my throttle stuck on a rainy day... yeah, bad news, but the exhaust system and subframe took the brunt of the hit. My insurance Co bought me the same obx exhaust system that you are talking about. I have to say, that I do not like the sound, as it drones loudly in the car, and makes the dash buzz, and it made me real mad. I complained to my insurance Co, and they paid for my body shop to dynamat my trunk, floor, and behind the dash. Now the drone is gone. I don't know what the power from this exhaust alone are, but before my accedent, I had it dynoed at 303hp at the rear wheels. I added a k&n typhoon cai, after the accedent, and now, exhaust and cai I'm running 334hp at the wheels, same rpm, same dyno, same guy running the test. A 31 HP difference is major, and I have to say, the car is much more fun now, and made me realize that it is time for sway bars! '08 Journey coupe
