Is it possible for o2 sensors to increase throttle response?

http://www.carpartswholesale.com/v5/...Listing+Page:2

This site claims these o2 sensors improve throttle response. I was under the impression that they had nothing to do with performance and were just a sensor

You do know that O2 sensors do not function under WOT. The ECU takes over to keep the AFR rich.

So there is NO performance aspect to an O2 sensor.
