Exclamation Stalled Out? Electrical?

Weirdest thing every today. My car needed inspection so I took a local shop 2min away from my house. The guy gets in the drive it in to the bay and he cant even back out, I hear him stalling outside so I was like wtf is this guy doing. I go out and he's like something wrong with your car, apparently every time the car was put in any gear, the car would stall out, wouldnt even move. To top it off I had my check engine light blinking along with my VDC light and slip light on. The car would start, but as soon as its put into gear, it stalls. I tried reving, no power. They said the codes were something to do with the throttle body. The car just got towed to Infiniti and now im dreading what they'll have to say (still under warranty though). The car has 37K miles, runs like a champ, the weather was rainy today but I drove there from a garage so the car was dry.

Mind you I have Injen CAI so I hope they dont look at that and void everything.

it really is, I hope its not something they blame on my intakes, I cant imagine anything seriously wrong though because the car ran like a champ prior to all this..
