How loud is Invidia Gemini from inside the cabin?
Hello all,
Just got my G a couple of weeks ago and am already thinking about a Gemini catback. From the searches I've run, it appears to be one of the quieter aftermarket exhausts, which is exactly what I'm looking for. For me, this car is the nicest I've ever owned, and I am wary of messing with its refinement and luxury feel from the factory. I definitely don't want to get a catback if its just going to drown out my audio system.
All vids I've found of the gemini are from outside the car. Can anybody link me to a vid of the exhaust from inside the car, or if you own it could you briefly describe to me how it differs from stock?
Also, what do you guys think looks better, single or double walled tips? burnt or regular?
Thanks.

I have the Invidia Gemini... and LOVE IT! I was skeptical about getting an aftermarket exhaust as you were because I didn't want to lose the classiness of the car with an overpowered exhaust sound. You do hear it from within the cabin, but it isn't too much. You can still carry on a conversation, etc. It's the perfect compromise for someone wanting a slightly louder exhaust but not too loud.
I had tried making videos of sound from both inside and out but none came out right. Prolly my crappy camera. Here's a few pics of mine. I like the single wall burnt tips the best. I would typically say rolled tips, but the Invidia ones just look funny for some reason.

I can also vouch for how nice it sounds! I'll make a few videos both inside and outside the cabin for you to see. I'll also compare back to back with my bothers stock G to give you a good idea of what the difference is like. As others have said though, sounds very clean and classy, but a little louder than stock. The ppl at the dealership were very impressed with the sound and the build quality of the catback when they saw it.

911 has it right, it's deeper at lower Rpms at WOT but simillar to stock at higher rpm. I also noticed gains. My bro and I both have a G37S 6MT and when we'd race we would always be dead even. Since I got the catback I pull away from him. I know for a fact that the gains aren't only in my head.
