Stock exhaust w/ HFC worth it?

Stock exhaust w/ HFC worth it?
Is it pointless to get a HFC if you want to leave the exhaust stock? I've had exhaust on all of my previous cars, but may leave it stock for a while.
My intention is just to keep the car quiet at the lower rpm's but a bit louder from the engine/exhaust at WOT.
Thanks

Go for it man!!! I have on FI hfc's currently with the stock exhaust, and love the way it sounds. Slightly louder and deeper, but not too much. My G feels like it pulls a bit harder off a dead stop, but can tell a huge improvement at highway speeds. Saving up for the FI catback now

^That first link I saw lastnight and the "stock exhaust" doesnt sound stock does it? I haven't rev'd mine like that yet, but it just doesn't sound stock. Then the 2nd part sounds like exhaust. If that's REALLY just the Berk's HFC's, I'm pretty impressed and sounds like that's all I really need.
The second link sounds pretty nice also. Since he is basically WOT the whole time, does anyone know how these sound between 1-4k rpm?

Also another question that comes to mind. I know an exhaust shop that does very good mandrel bent piping work. He has done custom made downpipes and catback exhausts for me in the past.
In hopes of saving some money, do you think it would sound the same if this shop basically replicates this HFC? Or would it sound different?
