My new K&N air filter for the OEM boxes video

Here is a video from the auto parts store where I bought my K&N filter. They have the air flo machine to check your filter against K&N. Big difference. Some of you have already seen it locally but some online shoppers didn't.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcIfKu3SemY

I'm confused. Why is Sasquatch concerned about air filters???

You are one hairy son of a gun Greg! Lol! Just messing with you man.

So are you going to drill holes in the air filter? You know it will get even better flow that way. Sorry, I had to get that out of the way for everyone's benefit.

Interesting article: K&N air filter or OEM, why OEM is better

It comes down to this: Yes they flow more air but (A) stock engines can't use the extra air and (B) they allow more air flow by being more porous which allows more dust in.

makes sense mechanically less porosity less flow, anybody elaborate on this? of course John you realize there are some people having them on the CAI's.... I don't want you to suffer some name calling from them unless you are strong enough to shake it off haha!

It is for the middle aged people like myself so we can see it better and we can understand it better. The truth is somehow I couldn't download the still pics so I had to edit the post and then all the alcohol and the chicks, one of them probably hit SAVE twice, sorry I will slap her for you.

Sorry Black Betty, just the arms, I remove all the hair from any other parts of my body. By the way, look at my other post with a ground wire distribution box for the small grounding wires. Let me know what you think to run some skinnier wires to the other parts of the system.
