Can HFCs be installed without having to mess with intakes?

Just curious...getting this done tomorrow...I would prefer if they wouldn't have to mess with my Injens, but if they have to..oh well
Wondering if they can access the bolts from underneath

You do not need intakes. I have nothing but Berk HFC's and tuned with UpRev. Make 284 on a mustang which translates into about 313 on a dyno jet. IMHO cats are the most restrictive part of the car. The intake design is very good!

No reason for them ever to touch your intake.

The cats are easily removed from below the car with a flex joint. Took my mechanic about 40 minutes to install my BERK HFC

Are all the bolts accessible from the bottom? I thought I saw a video on YT with Berks being installed on an HR Z. I remember they had to access one or two bolts from the top..??

My shop went in for the top bolts through the engine bay, but they didnt need to remove my Injens to get to it.

You can install them yourself, it is not that hard.

But 80 is about right.

Don't need to remove Injens, and yeah 80 bucks is about right. 1-2 hour job.
