G37x Coupe with Borla system?

Ok, I have searched and searched and searched...come up dry. does anyone know if the borla G37 system for the coupe will fit an X coupe? I read somewhere about some exhausts having trouble clearing the newer transmission but do not know if that is the case with the Borla? Anyone know?
Best,
Chris

I am curious to know what works what doesn't. Y pipes, full exhausts. I really don't see much if any thread on the G37X's though...

Hey wasup guys.. Yeh I just got my MXP exhaust hooked up to g37x. But I didn't know we had different trans box I thought it was all the same guess wrong... if you want to but a exhaust buy it but ill remmonded to u go to custom muffler shop that's what I did... they cut some of the Y-pipe and made it long about 3-4 inched so it wouldn't rub on the transbox.. But they also had to cut some on the end of the y pipe....

The problem with that is then you end up with a $2K plus bill for the exhaust with all the modding. Plus, voided warrenty if the exhaust has any to begin with.

Yeh your rightt but TRUST ME its all worth it at the end lol.. I was pissed b/c I paid 150 for some guy can tell me he couldn't do it and really didn't do anthing I was so pissed. So I took it to a custom shop and they did it for me 200$ everything.... I know what you saying about 2k but damn its worth it..what type of exhaust you tryna get?? Really if you take out the stock exhaust it voids the warrenty? I didn't know that oo weelll.. =)

Sorry, I meant most of the new aftermarket exhaust has some type of warranty. By cutting that up no more warranty. But in reality, you probably would not use it anyway.
Aftermarket exhaust does not void the Infiniti warranty unless Infiniti can prove that it caused a problem.
