Injen SRT, JWT PopCharger, Stillen V2, or R2C intake?
Which one should I get? I have used search and read many many threads about intakes but still cannot make up my mind. I was leaning towards R2C in polished but unless I the group buy happens I don't think it's worth the price. PFizzle suggested the Stillen V2. I've had Injen in the past but heard about fitment issues, smaller windshield reservoir tank, and poor finish after a short time. And, I know the JWT is nice but don't really like the fact that the tubes don't go all the way up, and I think the passenger side isn't a perfect fit. I have heard that HKS has one but coundn't find any pics/info and was told it was a lot of $$$. I will probably also do Stillen SS headers and Berk Test Pipes at the same time. I don't want to do a CAI like Stillven V3 or Injen because I don't want to cut the holes and the difficuly of cleaning filters. And, I'm really considering a Twin Turbo setup over the winter/spring. I know that if I geta turbo the the heades will have to come off but at least the Berk Test Pipes can be reused. Please help!

I have no experience with any of them, bu I vote takeda. I like how they look, they claim nice gains and not many people have it.
either takeda or Injen CAI is what I am eventually doing I think...R2C possssssibly but probly not

That one caught my eye too but I forgot to mention it. I have seen pic that show no heat shields but have ready from others that they are included for radiator hoses or something like that.

i am looking for intakes too, i think i am gonna go for INJEN SRI, looks like it very EASY to install, the other one i like is takeda, it gains about 18hp+ and 20lbt according on the website, but it has to cut in order to fit, and a lot of guys dont belive the numbers are ture, since a lot of guys already installed INJEN intakes, i think i am gonna go for the majority.

I can't say the heatshield really that matters.
I recently had a 2 hour trip to my friend's hosue with a Injen SRI.
After 2 hour driving, I wanted to check how the heatshield was doing.
I opened the hood and touched the filter. It was damn hot.
I am sure the heatshield works a little bit for a while though..
But, our VQ engines generate too much heat.

Injen .. I have seen the Stillen and it does not compare to the Injen . Also if you add headers and testpipes like me ( I have HFC) you are going to lose TQ. Just have a healthy exhaust from the headers back with some drop in filters and you will be happy until turbo time ...
