i might just do that and maybe a couple more brackets along the exhaust just to keep everything firmly in place

Since you don't want rasp, I'd get rid of the HFCs.
the rasp i can deal with its not to bad but the rattling is whats bothering me and its weird because its the loudess when i just start the car then goes away then comes back randomly

i looked under the car today it looks like the rattle is comming from where the hfc connect to the x or y pipe whatever it is. I dont really know what to do there to fix that.

Update:

Well as I said earlier most of the rattling came from the mid pipe hitting the support brace under it.
Once remove the rattle there was gone but there was still a rattle comming from near the x pipe and hfc. Today I finnally had time to lift up the car and and check it out. I was goining to weld brackets on like berks but while under the car my guy started hitting around and found that the driver side o2 sensor was loose so we tightened it and started the car. Like magic the rattle was gone. To think all this frustration all this noise and embarassment when driving by people in a parking lot was due to an o2 sensor not tightened properly

it wasnt from the exhaust it was from the o2 sensor being loose. the mid pipes did sit kind of low but with the stock cats it wasnt a problem

Good to hear it's all sorted out and it wasn't the exhaust itself after all. I'll keep an eye out for your 211th post
