Test pipes on a stock muffler..

I love my G but its a real cop magnet. I was thinking about getting test pipes but keeping the stock muffler. Basically when i step on it a little I can really smell that sulfur coming out of the exhaust which is telling me that the cats are way too restrictive for that car.. but, I'd like to keep it quiet. I was wondering if anyone out there has this combo test pipe/stock muffler and if so wat it sounds like. Also, how good is the O2 bung from keeping the CEL from coming on?

before my magnaflows i had stock exhaust with berk hfc's.

the exhaust sounded nice but was pretty raspy...with test pipes it will most likely be even more. Its more raspy on a cold start and goes goes away a little once the car warms up.

It definitely opens up the stock exhaust...not too loud...but def raspier.
