Like the stock exhaust sound, but a little louder and deeper.

lol yeah you can always get something more for just a "little" more haha i think the megans looks like a great deal for the money, but in the end it comes down to what YOU want and what YOU are willing to spend

The sound in the Clip #2 in the topic post in this thread is the sound I want to avoid. The backpressure hiss: https://www.myg37.com/forums/intake-...-and-pics.html

So no HFCs for me I guess, and definitely no resonator removal.

But as for which exhaust I guess I'll have to hear some in person because a lot of them sound pretty good in videos and it really comes down to how loud it is in real life.

Invidia is cat back, larger piping, takes out the secondary cats, and has it's own "Y" pipe that is 2 pieces. However, you can't just remove the muffler section and add something different because the piping isn't in the exact location as stock going into the muffler. It's not loud either, just barely louder thatn stock but lower tone.

closest thing to stock in order: fujitsubo, magnaflow, megan...all three use a one piece style muffler section, looks like a polished stock piece...best bang for buck is magnaflow....

I just got a borla cat back and my friends tell me it alsomst sounds the same. Its just a bit louder than the stock. It has a louder growl on start ups than the stock exhaust. Check it out.
