yeah Sorry when I get into my office today I upload the dyno sheet. Yeah run 3 and 4 the HP and tor went down because I think the person who was in charge didn't cool down the sensor. So I will be getting another dyno like in a month or so when I become less busy with work.

Firstly,
Unless you're suggesting the ECU automatically adds a disproportionately more amount of fuel to the mixture when it detects more air coming in, the term "rich" is referring to having too much fuel for a given amount of air, so an A/F ratio > 14.7. Having more air for a fixed amount of fuel would be lean.
Secondly,
Under normal driving conditions, your car shouldn't be running more lean or more rich than the usual amount unless your A/F ratio has been tampered with. The O2 sensor runs on a closed loop, so it will automatically adjust your A/F to be kept as close to 14.7/stock A/F value as close as possible.

But for the 1st post on this topic if your ECU didn't compensate for additional air to keep the A/F on target and you went rich, that would mean the filters were not allowing as much air through as the oem ones.
