-Ichiba test pipes
-Ichiba y pipe
-Greddy Tic

Defn get rid of the test pipes, that is what makes the car raspy.

my current set up is berk HFC's and HKS exhaust and there is some rasp...i was wondering the same.

you describe the rasp as a metal clinging sound as you accelarate correct?

I have HFC with all stock.No Raspy!!! Soon looking to eliminate Y-Pipe with Magnaflow H-Pipe.

Yeah I know Im picky but I hear it a little, I really want to keep the TP's bc the car sounds amazing its just the rap man! I was reading over on 350z how x pipes eliminated all the rasp!

The only way to ELIMINATE rasp.. is to change everything IMO

* Switching to HFC's will reduce but not eliminate since they bring your exhaust note to the deeper side (might get drony too with some setups)

* the greddy muffler have a LITTLE rasp in them but within the desirable range, your test pipes just amplifies that moving it into the fart-can range..

to really eliminate, i suggest Borla or FI catback with HFC.. but so far, FI + test pipes is my personal number 1.. I'm ordering test pipes soon and will post up vids, good luck bro

EDIT: headers will amplify your rasp.. avoid those for now

The Greddys are loud so I dont know if they have anything to do with the rasp!!! Damn man this is hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
