Ichiba Y pipe + Ichiba Test Pipes + Greddy TI-C's
Well yesterday I went and installed these three items. Well I already had the Greddy's on.
1. Quality - The welds were nice and tight on both the the Ichiba items and seemed to be well made, Im not a pro but a pipe is a pipe. When the stock cats were removed along w the y pipe I was in awe at the restrictions of them and I knew that I was gonna like this
2. Performance- Im very hard to satisfy when it comes to horsepower mods, comming from an 04 Cobra where I would see 40+ horsepower changes on mods its just hard. When I installed the Fujita intakes I felt zero gains and same with the Greddy's (when people were claiming that it felt soooo much diff.) Anyway when both Ichiba's were combined with the greddy's, there is definately a big difference in gains. I cannot comment on the y pipe itself since it was installed with the test pipes.
3. Sound- The most important part right (well atleast to me) when they started the car I immediately noticed a do not **** w me growl really woke up the greddys
when your stopped and rev it, as the revs come down there is a slight vibration but i believe its bc the brackets that go to the tranny to prevent this were removed.
When your slowy accelerating the greddy purs with a deep growl and when it gets to about 4k rpms the high pitch exotic sound kicks in, a sound that I have been searching for since my first car 11 years ago.
Down shifting sounds beyond incredible and turns heads and there is no light YET and no smell.
Long story short, I am very stuborn with exhaust and mods, in which I do not feel but gains and sounds, but this thing is just a beast, it is loud but exotic loud.
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MY FRIEND THAT I MET ON HERE 305 G WHO HOOKED ME UP WITH DT PERFORMANCE IN PLANTATION FLORIDA, THESE GUYS WERE GREAT AND SHOWED GREAT PROFFESSIONALISM AND KNOWLEDGE AND FUNNY

It has to do with the cats i think... cause I took the stillen off and started the car with HFCs only and the noise was there... Im just glad the FI exhaust makes it go bye bye...
but again... id recheck all your nutz just to make sure its tight...
