in 2.5 hours. its just as much a pain in the *** as everyone has reported especially since we kept the bumper on. It was nice to have 2 guys who knew what they were doing and a heated garage full of tools. The whoosh is a great sound around 3-4k and my butt dyno definetly notices the gains between this and the Borla installed a couple days ago

Getting the plastic cover above the radiator off is a bit of a pain but its nothing you can't handle in 15 minutes with a 10mm socket and screwdriver

i installed it myself .... but i took the bumper off which made it 10x easier .... I could see how leaving the bumper on would be a pain in the butt .... with the bumper off its a basic intake install ..... only part that is a bitch is the cutting of the plastic

its not exactly plug and play especially with the bumper attached, you have to cut through a thick plastic wall near the radiator to run the tubes through and you have very minimal space to work in, most guys on here report it taking 4 hours + to do it.

well so im sure every1 is wondering if the intake is safe in rain .... WELL ITS NOT !!!! i drove in rain today and my intake was sucking up water so my engine would bogg and completely loose power , but the engine did stay running .... i notice if i take it easy there were no problems but when i mash on the gas it seems as if the water was getting sucked into the throttle body making my engine die out .... i got home opened up my hood and looked at the filters and the shield barely did anything and water was all over the actually filter .... so my opinion is the intake is a great design and does make good power, but those stillen guys guaranteed me its safe in rain and its totally not .. just dont punch it and ur cool ....
