What the heck? 100 bucks? Is there like an independant tire repair place or something you can get your G to?

You may have to jack it up enough like you're changing a tire and put the camera on the ground pointed up at the CATs to hear it w/o paying someone to do it

I didn't realize that was your video clip! I commented on it last week. My sound is like that only it sounds like a rattle as well.

I'm going to record it today. In fact, I'm heading out soon to pick up some 350z springs for my coupe.

I'll record a clip on my way out so you can hear my sound as well.

hey you got it figured out? I took the heat shields off the Y pipe and it's not that. Hmm you have Berk HFCs I wonder if people With FI have this problem? I know FI has one less part attached to the chassis I wonder if it's that.

Sorry about the delay. I was able to record a clip while revving my motor where you can hear it too. I'm going to upload that one over the driving around one because you can hear the rattle/hiss/rasp sound much better

Hold tight I'm learning how to blur out the license plate using a video editor...

It'll be up sometime this morning

As for figuring out what it is....nope not yet. It may be something in the Cat itself that causes the hiss? I wish the Berk guys can chime in on this one. I'm stumped

No worries. Ok..I've almost figured out how to edit the problem with iMovie08 on my Mac. I'll have that clip up at another time.

It was recorded outside and you can really hear the sound clearly when I rev. For now, I've recorded a clip in my garage where you can also hear the sound toward the end of the video.

Ignore the slight echo from my exhaust.

I have Berk HFC and i have a rattle on start up. Sounds like pebbles rumbling around. I believe the sound is coming somewhere around the tips. BTW i still have stock exhaust.
