AAM 3" True Exhaust
This catback system hasnt really been chatted about. Does it put up good numbers on the dyno, is it even worth having if your not running boost, how does it compare with HKS? How loud is it, at a meet last week some kid had a AAM exhaust on his 35 and it was stupid loud. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Im not finding a 2.5 inch option on the website... Maybe its something I would need to contact them about.

I spoke to them a few months ago and they said that the 2.5 inch version is not available but they were looking at the possibility (business sense) of developing one. I agree that 3 inch exhaust would flow too well and would result in the loss of back preasure causing a loss in low-end torque which we don't need.

I was thinking about getting th3 3" exhaust too tfmbigdog because I will probably TT later when I have the cash saved up, and I don't want to buy a 2.5" now for $1800 sum and then find out it is too small later on and buy another exhaust. Let me know if you get the AAM and post a review. Thanks.

Is injen going to post gains of 14 hp because if they do rule their asses out of this exhaust battle immediately. When is the estimated date of release?

Nope, it'll gain 114 hp!! JK... No but seriously I don't have any idea about the numbers it's putting down now... They changed the style of it since I last saw so I dunno... Not sure when they're releasing it... Hopefully soon though... It sounded great from what i could remember...
