G35 coupe HKS on a G37....?

Ok i know a few members have done this and theres other threads about, and im a hair away from doing this myself. I just have a question.

Can i JUST put a stillen or hotchkis rear sway from a 35 coupe to make the exhaust fit, or do i HAVE to reweld it to make it fit???

If i could just put the sway im doing it, if i have to reweld im just gonna get the 37 one.

PLEASE INPUT.

And i wanna hear from those who have done this. Thanks.

Yes you can use any aftermaket g35 rear sway bar... And the HKS HI POWER from a g35 will bolt right up with no mods... If you keep your g37 sways you will need to modify a section of tubing on the passenger side right before the rear sway bar.. It's about a 14 inch piece of tubing... Ronald IPG37 is selling is for I believe $1470 and it's a G35 HKS HI POWER that is already modified to bolt right up

Thanks!

I could get one unmodified for 750, then just get some hotchkis or stillen sways for like 300. You can get a 35 hks new for under 1300 shipped.

ONE more ques.

Anyone know if the front 35 sways will fit on the 37, or am i about to buy a set just for the rear???

I think that would be a negative.. You should just buy g37 aftermarket sways and have a good muffler shop modify it.... The g37 rear sway bar is bigger then the g35 rear sway bar... So you wouldn't want to do that, since sways help control body roll a lot...

uhhh, that doesnt make sense.

If the oem g35 rear sway fits, why wouldnt an aftermarket g35 rear sway fit????
