Just a quick note that may help some with their installs: I found out on the phone with Magnaflow that the clamps need to be really tight. There should be almost no gap between the metal insert and the clamp ends by the mounting bolt. I retightened the bolts with a deep 15mm socket and the sound lessened, became more throaty, and the little drone is gone!

I just came back from driving on the highway and I couldn't even here my Magnaflow cruising in 6th at 75MPH, it's very quiet in cabin, of course if I drop it down and hammer it that sucker roars like an angry lion, so IMO it's the best of both worlds. It's quiet when I want it to be (just luxury cruising along), but it roars like a beast when I want to show I don't have just an ordinary G37, LOL!!

We should all be happy that both systems are available for our cars so quickly. Borla makes one hell of an exhaust and it's been dyno verified here on this forum, thanks to Max.
Yes the Magnaflow is cheaper but the sound is different and may not produce as many ponies. To each his own and having both options is great.
