Hmmmm...well since you have HFC's, if you get the Greddy, I just think they would make them louder and you wouldn't like it too much. They're both around the same price, so you can't go wrong IMO.

Ya the FI exhaust doesn't work for what I will be doing. Max, you going to be pissed with what I will have on my car very soon. I will should definitely be faster than you. The fastest NA G in Colorado and on the forum. We will see.

I have the Tanabe, you can check out mine and Peterbanks' videos. I made the video within the 1st week of installation. The exhaust note had become more refined after a week of breaking in.
Like the1andonly said, Tanabe offers a more mature and refined choice, which was what I wanted. I've heard the Greddy in person from outside the car and in cabin, with and without silencers. With silencers, it didn't sound like it was as deep as Tanabe sometimes. Without silencers, it was VERY loud, too loud for my taste, would attract too much unwanted attention. Unless you're looking for something that aggressive, I wouldn't recommend it since you might get tired of it, but if you are, then good for you. I liked the tips better too.
So overall, looks-wise, I feel like Tanabe is more classy. The design in all aspect fit better with the original character of the G, which was what I wanted to preserve too. Greddy is more racing-like/aggressive with the Ti tips. Sound-wise, I felt like Tanabe had more of a deep "growl" (especially after a week), and Greddy was just earth shattering.
If you're more performance oriented, I would assume Greddy would be a better deal but that'd just be a guess.
Betty, good to hear you're getting the Tanabe as well. You'll love it.
