It's not a matter of the Borla being expensive...it's pretty comparable to the others, I guess. It's just that the Magnaflow is such a SCREAMING deal in comparison, it puts the other companies to shame, IMO.

True. Hopefully someone will do an independant dyno on the magnaflow.

I dont find it raspy at all. I did before they broke in but once they did it was alot smoother. I get nothing but compliments on it from import and US car enthusiast

I also agree for the money 497 to the door none compare nice system.

I just installed my Borla a couple days back, great sound and growls at low RPMs. I do find it to be minimally raspy in the high rpms, but it could still be in its breakin period. I without a doubt feel a difference in performance between stock and the aftermarket exhaust too. X-pipes normally make the most performance out of other exhaust options, but without dyno sheets to prove it, I have no idea on the VQ series motors. Borla is H-pipe, Magnaflow is X-pipe.
