Yes that's my car, it will sound exactly like that with the exhaust only. I do not believe there is a Tanabe y-pipe for the G37

^^ yeah really, that's the G35 y-pipe, I guess it fits our car, like the h-tech G35 springs fit; but it is "not" the G37 y-pipe. My car is the official G37 Tanabe uses for all their U.S. R&D testing.
Thank you for trying to correct me though

Just going by what I was told by Lou at amplified.

Also in Japan, isn't the Medalion Touring a full cat back system???

Not for the G37/ 370GT. It's an axleback for now, maybe one will come in the future.
This is what you have on your car, I'm sorry if you we're confused.

Yes your right Ryan, but this was approved for me to move by James N, Manager at Tanabe. Its not labled yet for the G37 but it will.

For sure, no one said it didn't fit, or you weren't "approved" to sell it. I didn't even know he bought it from you. I simply stated it is not "the" G37 Y-Pipe, and it is not. If they do decide to go through with one it will be redesigned, even if slightly, because our stock exhaust differs from the G35's. You should label it G35 y-pipe, as the Tein springs are labeled G35 springs so customers can have their facts straight during public discussions.

all i care about is that it fits. I don't care if the box states its for g35. If its bigger diameter than stock and the lengths of the pipes are shorter, even better.

for sure and the fact that this product is old, you can probably pick them up cheap. I say go for it.
