exhuast rattle started about 2 weeks after i got my resonator deleted

So about 2 months ago, i have my resonators deleted (cut them off and replaced with normal piping). About 2 weeks after i did that the rattle that everyone is having started to occur, and it had never occured before this. Recently it has become a lot worse when the car is just sitting there. Since my exhaust is "modified" will i be able to have my exhaust replaced? Also, after reading the long thread about this, did they figure out what is exactly being replaced?

The SAMEEEEE exact situation happened to me. I removed my resonator and had the muffler from death occur, I just took it in, and they replaced it with no questions asked.
Should be fine, b/c the resonator has nothing to do with the jacked up muffler.
