I'm pretty sure he was talking about the G37 exhaust. But I guess tanabe will release a y-pipe like they did with the G35.

This is supposed to be mass produced and a non-custom application. You'd think the price would be less. And like I give 2 crap's about the fact it says, "Made in Japan."
honestly i don't think its fair for companies like FI, Injen, Tanabe and Hks that actually do RD on exhaust before release. Its not FAIR TO compare Megan racing with Tanabe's exhaust or FI'S full cat back or Injen's and HKS. Have you had any experience with any megan racing products? have you seen how NOT SO GOOD, (im being nice) they are made? yes, $500 maybe, but it cost them $100 in china to make if that. I've had customers complained about how crappy and how quickly they crack(manifolds, headers and such).

Now, if you compare FI's exhaust, full stainless at MSRP of around $1500 plus, full cat, very nicely built here in the US and Tanabe's mid pipe at $900 and by the way, not because im doing the PRE-ORDER... (not group buy), quality 304 stainless steel and professionally done welds with undeniable warranty, Your pretty much getting what you pay for.

As for Injen's dual full catback, can anyone honestly say it will be less than $1400? I've checked with HKS also the price will be around the same as g35 twin cat back, MSRP....$1700 PLUS for 304 stainless.

So in my opinion, We all have different taste and budget and opinions on existing and up comming exhaust. It all depends on which one fits our eye's, ears and wallet
