There is sort of a sound clip if you open up the video thread on this intake.

It was good seeing you, gamedog, at the C&C today. Your intake looked pretty damn hot! Finally a true cold air intake for the 2nd gen G's. Hopefully, you'll update us with the price and the availability very soon!

Does the install require cutting any OEM plastic parts to put tube down?

Hm... from where I saw it..... NO.

It's gonna be pretty tough to put that filter down there tho'. Maybe you'll have to remove the bumper? But IMO, it's gonna be worth the trouble to put the CAI in the car instead of the bullshiet SRI.

1. how bout some commentary on the air/fuel ratio? is intact and close to stock? compared to fujita, air fuel is much better with the MR2 correct?

2. Gamedog did the car's ECu adjust just fine? You didnt get any Check Engine/Serv. Engine Soon light whatsoever?

Also under granny driving MPG should go up slightly maybe by a few tenths of a MPG with an intake this good....

And yes needless to say I AM IN FOR THE GROUP BUY Y'ALL!!!!

Air/Fuel Ratio is EXTREMELY close to stock... Cars ECU adjusted perfectly to the intake, now CEL's/SES Lights... I honestly am getting a slight increase in mpg... id say a whole mile more or so... This intake is awesome Had a bunch of guys at the show comment on the how good finish quality and looks of it are! (and i'm talking guys who own $100K to $1M Lambos, Porsches, Ferraris, etc)

Oh yeah, and I got a STUPID TICKET on my way to the show! CHP said I was doing 105! Guys nuts! I'm gonna fight it in court...

I'm gonna go take some more pics and shoot some vids! Be back in a lil!
