^^I don't know Lazy, that video of the Berk with the stock exhaust sounded GREAT. Made the stock louder without all that Rasp and poping that test pipes have.

^sound, as in loudness? if so, then i agree

btw, i can't see how one brand test pipes can give better gains then another...they're just pipes...not much bends or anything to them

and you can't compare performance of test pipes vs. HFC...they're totally different

I dont know why people are voting HFCs over the performance of TPs...

The poll is performance based...not what you would get or want...

Ya, I hate that sound though. IMO is sounds like crap.

And on the performance difference between test pipes and HFCs, I don't think it is that noticable. From what I have read, the good HFCs get you within 1 to 2HP of Test Pipes so IMO that is nothing.

Yes they do pass CA sniffer tests, but are not technically smog legal.

Yes you are absolutely correct.

As long as you are pushing through an actual high performance cat. Half of the performance replacement cats marketed to the 350Z/G35/G37 community are nothing but econo box cats with pipes & flanges welded to them. So watch out for what you are actually buying!

i thought we dont have to smog our cars for a long time. all the new cars we have bought in the past 4 years have never needed to get smogged.
