i don't see how an intake would produce gains especially on the VQHRs where nissan already optimized the intake and plenum portion of the engine...even on the DEs you saw only minimal gains on the Z/Gs....my modded 350Z intake didn't even register so much as a blip on the dyno...the gains only started pouring after the exhaust, header, plenum, and reflash....

yea i would be up for a group buy too.
Stupid question... Can a intake be a DIY or should you take it to a pro? I have never installed one but once i get my G (monday hopefully) i would def. like to get an intake.

Yea its a really easy install... if you have change out any bulbs in your headlights yet... you have already been half way there....
