I got pics of hardwire of my RD too, will post soon. Can't mount yet cuz of tint strip curing... but i think i wired it correctly. There were three wire, i could only fit the probe into 2, so i found the + and - and went for it.

Seems ok, lol.

Famous last words....

What did you do for your tint? (i.e. where at, how much, what %, which brand... etc)

I got a guy in laurel, MD... on Cherry lane, in between Route 1 and 197
20% front windows and rear glass, 10% on the rear quarter windows, 5% tint strip on the windhsield. The tint strip goes a couple cm below the AS1 line. No one will be able to see the RD now once i mount it.

Oh it hurts to see that. Listen I'm hoping you can find a solution. My G35 rims got ruin by my cousin with the first month of owning it. The Nissan dealership he worked for did a pretty good job of cleaning it up, but eventually the just replaced it.

Ouch! That makes me cringe just looking at it. Good luck on the repair! Be sure to post some pics after it's fixed.

I did that twice to the Pass. front rim on my 04 G35.....First time I freaked....They wanted $900 for a new rim.

I found out that most of the dealerships have onsite wheel repair people come weekly.

I had mine fixed for $100, and I couldn't tell where it was repaired.....Only thing is this is regular paint and clear coat, so mounting/dismounting new tires can result in damage to the repaired area.....

I will see if I can post a pic of before and after shots of my rim
