Don't get into the "what if" game. That will only serve to drive you crazy.
Start with the simple things first. In this case the fuses. Only then can proceed to the next step.
As I've said in many posts, the electrics on these cars are very tough. Nissan did a good job there (well, thanks to Renault). They can handle a lot before breaking completely.
Let us know what you find and we'll go from there. (and, no to that social media nonsense, sorry).
