It is always something, but a tank repair is a walk in the park compared to that mess you just tangled with.

Ha! It just gets worse, I was gunning it and really enjoying the fact that there's no endless misfires and stuff and my serpentine belt tore up and sliced my tranny hose. Thought it was from the new exhaust that I was breaking in with all the smoke coming out. I toped it up with about 4.3 quarts so I'm just hoping I didn't kill the tran.

make sure you flush out fuel lines

Damn. I hate when this sort of stuff happens when a project is done. Hopefully all will be well.
