Triple Beep Ignition Off
I was wondering why my 2012 g37x triple beeps repeatedly when I turn the ignition off. If I keep the key in the slot but turn the Push-To-Start button to turn off my car, it has a steady beep to let me know my key is still in the car. When I remove the key, it does not triple beep when I exit. This is the same for if I were to leave my headlights on - doesn’t beep when I turn them off. What does this triple beeping mean? Is it just that my door’s open?

if you shut off car and instantly get out it beeps for some reason maybe some one will chime in with why. if you shut off car and open door to get out just a little slower it does not beep. bugged me out when i first bought car cause i was paranoid i left lights on or something but nope...
