Reusing Catalytic Converter (SNAPPED STUD)

Hello guys,

I want to reinstall my cats, but it appears the stud snapped of during removal for the test pipes. I was wondering how I should go about removing that stud so I can install the cats properly?

Drilling? Hammering? Not too sure what serves me better.

ANY HELP would be appreciated! I searched Google and couldn't find anything on this topic.

Did you try calling a few local muffler shops? ie Midas etc.
