Hey guys cold start question

Hey guys cold start question

Anyone have a problem with th G not starting? .. nee battery never showed signs of weak start.. now all of a sudden when it's cold it's just drained no juice In the morning? Anyone

Lead acid batteries lose efficiency and cranking ability in cold weather.
A weak cell not accepting a full charge will cause this problem.

Use a battery hydrometer to check the specific gravity of individual cells.

Automobile batteries may not last more than three years in very hot climates. After five years I usually replace mine. Get a battery with at least 700CCA. The 600 or 650 ones are cheaper but in very cold weather they do not supply enough juice.

Thanks for the information I'll have to check it tomorrow.. had it tested today and they said it was good.. but it was mid day. . Just not enough juice when cold.. Once again thanks
