Alert notice

Got this alert pop up on my dash....

Where the heck is my manual need to know what this is. My car is due for an oil change so I'm thinking it might be related.

This indicator appears when the set “time
to rest” indicator activates. You can set the
time for up to 6 hours. (See “Trip

It means you have been driving for 2 hours straight. You can sent an alarm to remind you to pull over and stretch you legs or whatever you need to do.

When I first got my car I was messing with all the settings and stuff and set mine at 4 hours then one they way back from a business trip it went off in the middle of nowhere and it kind of scared me, I thought something was wrong with my car until I realized what it was
