Power Steering fluid leaking from the Passenger side boot.

Ok so long story short after forking up almost 2400+ for coilovers and a lip kit including coilover install btw i live in canada so yeah, out of nowhere my tech shows me power steering fluid leaking from the boot, apparantly its a slow leak, i didnt get them to diagnosis it considering that they were fully booked for the rest of the day, my question is what could it be? to my understanding its a slow leak and its not consuming a whole lot of power steering, but should i be worried about buying a new steering rack or something like that? im so worried and out of cash at this moment so yeah im hoping to hear good news, i hope its just a seal but then again i dont know how much thats going to run me at the shop. please help me guys!
