2009 G37x - Front vs rear differential fluid change?

Hey, I bought my '09 G a few months ago and took it in to the dealership yesterday for some warranty work... Of course they came back with over $2,000 worth of things that they wanted to do it (Looks like the 60k major service -- I'm at 47k-- plus a new set of tires).

Anyway, they said that it looked like the previous owner recently had the rear differential fluid replaced but didn't do the front. Does that make sense? I'm not sure why someone would do one but not the other...

On a related note, are there any fluid changes that you all would recommend having the dealer do themselves over Joe Schmo's auto shop? (I'm not going to DIY, so I'm going to take the G somewhere anyway for this type of service)

Thanks for your help!

The only fluid change that I'm aware of that only the stealership MAYBE (for dbagobvious) has to do is the auto transmission fluid. Something about a special machine to get fluid out of the torque converter. Other than that, I believe all the other fluids can be DIY or brought to a shop.
