Problems with Kiwi and Torque

I have a PLX Kiwi Bluetooth and am running Torque on my android phone. The car was custom tuned with Uprev Osiris after installtion of the supercharger. I can connect to the Kiwi but I get the following message from Torque:

ECU Problem

The ECU is reporting that it does not support the reading of any PIDs.

Your vehicle may not be OBD2 compliant OR the vehicle ECU has not been enabled by your dealer/manufacturer for OBD2 access

Torque will probably not be able to retrieve information due to this problem.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

This won't be much help but I've used Torque on occasion with a cheap OBDII connector I bought off of Amazon with a stock tune. I haven't had an trouble with it connecting and taking readings. Since you are blown and are tuned with Uprev, I wonder if Torque is having trouble with the non-OEM map (which you would think it shouldn't). Or perhaps the tuner "locked" your ECU somehow when the tune was done.
