Help plz, my G37S won't start

I left the car for 50 days and when I went back, I found the battery dead, I tried to jump start it with a 750 amp jump starter ( not sure how good it is coz I bought it from Walmart ) , but it didn't start, the lights worked and all it just when I try to start it seems that it will start but doesn't ?

should I replace the battery ?

What year the car? My car is a 08 amd it's a common proble
For the battery issue. U need to take to the dealer and have them replace all under warranty w a M37/45 battery and replace the Part that's causing the drain I forget the name. Trust me I went through headaches and many jump starts and many inconvieniences when it came to the battery, just take to dealer ASAP. There is a TSB on this problem. My car one time died in the middle of the street at 3am was not fun!

Same thing happened to me after a long vacation, I tried to jumped start and ended up shorted the fuse inside the battery fuse link (on the positive terminal), replaced the fuse link ($25 from dealer only), recharged the battery and the car started with no problem since.

Check the fuse link and see the fuse are good. The fuse that shorted controls the bluetooth which control the key. This was my problem of not starting, yours might be different.

Some times... if you let the battery drain too much you cause an internal short in the battery... which unfortunately will not let you jump the car - it does not matter the voltage of the batter but you would need to measure the amperage -both need to be in spec.

Where are you putting the ground?? There is a specific place in the G's to put the grounding cable. Otherwise it won't jump.
