Which Rhino Ramps?

Which Rhino Ramps does everyone use, the 8,000 lb or 12,000 lb ones? I'm sure the 8,000 lb ones are strong enough but are they wide enough for for the sport pkg tires?

I have the 8K and they work fine. I just had to make a 'riser' since I was scraping on Eibachs.

I bought the 12k's since they were only a few dollars more expensive than the 8k (at least when I bought them). No issues with the sport tires.

far as "riser" goes, what did you use? 2x4?

I went with 12k, both are fine for a 245 tire.

I have a 1' x 1' plank that is 1" high. That gives me just enough clearance.
