Car OverHeating

The Problem Started after i tuned my car.
the car started to over heat when i am stopped,so i installed stock tune and took back to the dealer , they fixed the problem and told me it was oil cooler.
but before 2 days i was driving a bit agrresive , when i reached my home , turned the car off , and went to change my clothes. when i came back out and started my car . i saw the coolant temp was high more than half.
and secoundly yesterday i went to hafeet mountain ( a curvy road that takes you to the top of the mountain) i was driviing aggresivley, and the car overheated again . ( it was a hot day , Like 40c)
but the other cars where good.
so what do you think ?

Sorry for my bad english

Ckeck the fans and the coolant , if they are ok , installing external oil cooler may solve your issue.
