Pennzoil FS Oil & Filter Deal @ AutoZone & Walmart

I was at AutoZone yesterday and saw an advertisement for a 5.2+ qt jug of Pennzoil Platinum FS and a Bosch Premium Filter for $29.99. Pretty decent deal. I have never tried using this filter, but I've read a review saying it's pretty much the same as the Purolator filters, which are great in quality. The oil is awesome. I had a UOA done w/ a Mobil 1 M1108 filter and got great results, indicating I should easily get 7500 mile OCI's.

Anyway, just thought I'd share on the deal.

Also saw a jug of Pennzoil Ultra @ Walmart for $25. Another good deal.

Ah... gotcha!

I'm trying to see if I can manage getting an oil cooler as well (Z1), with the thermostatic plate. I think the 3323 would be too long.

Yep, I got the 3300. I thought of looking for the longer version but didn't want to end up buying the wrong one.

I literally just bought a jug of this at walmart and it was $28 bucks for the 5qt jug. I didn't see any ads for a deal anywhere. I went to autozone too and they don't even carry the 5qt jug of it. I bought the Purolator PureOne filter at advanceauto for $6.50.

When I got my PU for $25 at Walmart it was not on sale, they had lowered the price. The Walmart here had lowered the prices of a lot of their better oils.

I got my Wix oil filter at my local Auto parts store for $6.
