For some reason I'm reminded of Richard Pryor's bit about when he set himself on fire freebasing.
Let me tell you what really happened. Usually when I go to bed, I have milk and cookies. One night I had some low-fat milk and some pasteurized, and I mixed them together. And I dipped my cookie and the **** blew up.

As others said, you are fine. If its your first oil change on the car, you should be changing at shorter intervals anyway because you are going to see high trace metals from the break in period. If you change the oil at 3750 miles, you will be fine.
Im assuming that you had 5 full quarts of 5w30 in, and then just 3/4 quart of 5w20? If so, no worries. Change it at 3750.
