Window "lock button"

it's embarrassing to say my car windows are not tinted yet but will get tint tomorrow so today, I just wanted to make sure my window wouldn't work if I pushed window lock button. However, driver side window went down and passenger side didn't with button pressed, is that normal?
sorry for the horrible english guys hope you guys understand this and leave some comment. any help much appreciated

In most cars, the lockout doesn't affect the driver....I don't know for sure about the Infiniti, i never use it.

I don't understand -- what do the window locks have to do with tinting? I haven't gotten my car tinted yet either; hopefully within a few weeks.

Right after you tint, it is recommended you don't roll down the windows for a day or 2. Kenneth was probably trying to use the lock button to make sure he doesn't accidentally roll them down.

Push the window up button before you turn the engine off?
