CrackHead - When you picked up your car, were your memory seat and radio presets wiped out? If not, you may want to reset your ECU. I thought that my ECU was reset when I picked up the car since the analog clock was about 45 minutes behind; however, I noticed none of my user saved settings were lost, which led me to believe that the ECU was not reset. So, I disconnected the negative terminal for 10 hours (rather than do the foot/pedal reset) and now everything was lost - a good thing. I'm pretty confident the ECU is now reset and now the car is re-learning my driving habits as it did day 1 when I first picked it up. At any rate, I guess it's a good thing to do an ECU reset after every mod.

You can reset the ECU without losing all the memory.

You're referring to the foot/pedal dance, yes? I'm not that coordinated.

I stuffed some rubber pieces in between any gaps and zipped tied the intake tubings so it doesnt move at all. Been running fine w/o any noise issues for the past 12k mi.

had the rattling sound as well. Take some 3/4 Heater Hose, cut a slit through it and where the tubes go through the support, (where you enlarged the holes) insert. now the tube cant rattle against anything except for the rubber of the heater hose

Stillen should revise there design and add of rubber sleeve over the tube so it can not rattle

Mine doesn't rattle. I played around with it for a while twisting on it and got it to where it doesn't touch anything. It might take a while, but it works.
