Props to Richard @ Gunn Infiniti service
Took my G37 coupe in for its 7500 service to Gunn Infiniti in San Antonio yesterday. Richard Terrazas, Service Manager was awesome. When I checked out, he had forgotten that I have the pre-paid service plan and printed a bill. I should only have been charged for the synthetic oil that I requested, but once he realized the oversight, he gave me the synthetic oil @ no charge.
