i just finished installing the stillen gen 3 intake the install went very smooth feels and sounds great but now the latch on the passenger of the hood wont open. does anyone know of a way to pop the latch manually so i could get the hood open and fix the issue ? any help would be great thanks .

 

do you mean the hook is stuck on the right side? try pushing the bumper in a bit.

 

what might have happened is when you put the radiator shroud back on, it pinched the cable (that happened to me except that I could open it and then it wouldn't close)

as far as getting it OPEN I'm not sure...the dealer would probably be the best place to get that taken care of so that nothing gets messed up

 

thanks for all your help guys i had to go in from the wheel well and pop the latch open with a screwdriver all it was is the cable got disconnected from the latch i guess i wasnt careful enough
